Do you lose track of CVQO due dates and reminders?
There’s a link for that! http://cvqo.tumblr.com/tagged/CVQOreminder
As you may have noticed, we are putting out all our reminders on our blog. This in turn feeds automagically through to Facebook and Twitter, and an rss feed.
If you’re not a fan of any of these, or want to look up a past reminder, then you can always bookmark the link above and use that.
Just an update to let you know that enrolment will start again at the beginning of June with new regulations. As soon as we have more information, we will pass this on.
Just a reminder to all our Vocational Qualifications Officers to let us know if any of your details change:
- telephone numbers
- email addresses etc
This is a reminder that you can track whether we have received workbooks, and their progress through the system as described in this previous post.
This has been done to speed up the processing and also to give you more information.
We often hear that Units are worried about running the CVQO led Music BTEC because Staff are not musical themselves.
It really isn’t necessary for Staff members must be musical to mentor their Cadets through the Music BTEC. We are now running BTEC Music Train the Trainer sessions at Area, County and Wing Level to explain how easy it is for you to do this, and how we can help.
If you are interested please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or ring 01276 601701
CVQO Online Users can now track workbooks through the CVQO system
If you are a CVQO Online User, you can now track workbooks through our system. From receipt of the workbook, right through to the feedback stage.
Just log in to CVQO Online, and the photos above illustrate the process. Click on the highlighted reference in the summary column, and then see the figure in brackets in the WB1 or WB2 columns. The code is above the table.
If you are having any issues with this, then please contact onlineatCVQO.org
Don’t forget! L3 Moodle Training 30th April
Public Services 2010 Workbook 2 Deadline Monday 30th April
Don’t be late!
We have until the end of this month to remove cadets who enrolled on one of our courses last summer, but who have now left cadets.
This will save us money which we can then use to enrol more people. Please contact your Regional Operations Managers with this information.
